A few guidelines, if you can spare a moment... (can't you?)
Don't be shy.
It isn't a competition. Even if you're not a very good artist, you should draw.
Everyone's creations are welcome. (This is the most important rule.)
Take your time.
It isn't a race either. Take at least a few minutes to make your drawing look
as nice as you can and to make sure you can get around in it.
Make it fit.
Try to fit your drawing in with its neighbors, even if it's completely different.
A little transition, however strange, helps to make the whole world weave together.
(By the way, the eyedropper tool is very helpful for this!)
Be imaginative!
If you have something you want to create, create it! You can make whatever you want here,
so take that power and run with it. Don't feel obligated to continue what's already there
if you don't want to. (This is the second most important rule.)
Pave the way.
Don't forget to make walls!
And try to make your drawings easy to get through. Go back and edit them if needed.
Two open sides means others can continue what you've made.
Three or more means the world can branch and grow around your drawing.
